Our Role and Responsibilities

  • We will Identify, evaluate, develop, and negotiate the terms of agreement with international distribution partners.

  • We will work with you to place distribution agreements and a code of conduct with each partner to define relationship and set targets and expectations in place.

  • We will assist distribution sales teams to drive growth of Instrument and/ or consumable product lines.

  • We will analyze and implement all sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and prepare required forecasts for quarterly reviews.

  • We will suggest novel sales and marketing campaigns to ensure rapid increase in sales.

  • In conjunction with you we will provide technical training for all distribution sales teams.

  • If there are any concerns from distributors we will relay them to you.

  • We will work with you to resolve any issues by connecting the right members on both sides.

  • We will design strategic action plans to improve sales and marketing plans in distributor markets including APAC, EMEAI, LATAM and others territories.

  • In conjunction with channel partners we monitor regional competitors in all markets and provide reports to you.

  • Finally, we will set targets, monitor, and track sales on a monthly/ quarterly basis to achieve desired revenues. We will work with you to design incentives if needed to achieve targets.
